Vinegar Foot Soaks for Dry Feet, Stinky Feet, and Athlete’s Foot

Taking care of your feet is sometimes difficult, especially if your battling things like dry feet, foot odor and Athlete’s Foot. However, there seems to be this magical potion out there that helps with all of these things called… vinegar! Yup, plain old vinegar.

**Important note: if you have diabetes, avoid these treatments and consult a health care professional regarding treatment of any foot issues.

Here’s why vinegar works: vinegar is simply a diluted form of acetic acid and acts as an anti-fungal. That is why it is commonly used to clean – a safe alternative to powerful chemical cleaners. What I like about vinegar is I know if it’s safe enough to eat, I can feel good about putting in on my feet!
